Rental Policy

  1. Check-in is 3 p.m.

  2. Check-out is 11 a.m.

  3. Two night minimum stay on weekends.

  4. See Rooms for rates, which do not include applicable taxes.

  5. We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

  6. 1-2 people allowed per room.

  7. Due to potential allergies, we do not accommodate pets.

  8. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

  9. Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.

  10. There are stairs, so we are not handicap accessible.

  11. We are sorry we cannot accommodate children.

  12. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any special requests or needs. We will do our best to make this a carefree, relaxing stay for you.

  13. We are not responsible for accidents, injury, damage to personal property or vehicles.

  14. We are not responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

 

Guest agreement

By submitting a reservation you are verifying that:

- You are 21 years of age or older;

- You are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property and property of the Inn.

 

Deposit Requirements

A deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of the entire stay is required prior to final confirmation of room reservations. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if cancellation is 5 days prior to the reserved date or if the room can be re-rented. Otherwise a $50.00 fee per room will be charged  per night of the reserved nights. The exception to this will be if the room was reserved within the 5 day period prior to the reserved date.
